Carole Bull has a breadth of knowledge of the promotions industry having been involved for some 15 years. Her publishing experience includes editing on-line newsletters and trade magazines. She has also been involved in the promotion of industry events and organisations.

Stephanie Norris (Project Manager)
Stephanie comes from an IT and publishing background. After working for a large publishing house in New Zealand for two years, Stephanie moved to London in 1998. She then spent two years managing a Document Management team for Credit Suisse First Boston, one of London's leading investment banks.
In 2001 Stephanie moved to Tarsus Group plc, and has spent the last five years managing the talented technical team. She is responsible for the ongoing development of the Promotional Merchandise site.
Vincent Russell (Database Expert)
Since graduating with a first class honours degree in 1994, Vince has worked in all aspects of the IT industry, particularly focusing on software development and databases.
Systems Manager for an International mail order management company before moving on to become IT manager at a large mail order fulfillment house, supplying the major newspapers and many broadcasters with branded stores through traditional mail order and online channels.
In 2001, Vince joined Tarsus Group plc and the Promotional Merchandise team, and currently provides the database and backend tools for the web designers to work their magic and create this great site.
Craig Allen (Search Engine Marketing Executive)
After receiving his 2:1 (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology Craig worked in many high-end research projects and online environments. These include Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy, Web Development and Pay per Click (PPC) International Account Manager.
