Could you provide cost breakdowns for the following numbers of colours, to be printed in 10,000:

2 colour:
3 colour:
4 colour:
5 colour:

Also there is a possibility that we may use a design that has gradiated colour, would this have to be printed digitally and how much would that cost?

In the quote, could you please include delivery charges top London SE1 as well.

If we were to go ahead with the order, by what date would we need to give the green light in order to have the items delivered to the above postcode by 15 Novemeber?
