The Handmade Chocolate Company was formed in 1993, by husband and wife team Leslie and Linda Oates. We offer the finest selections of individually made chocolates, made with Belgian and continental couverture. Our superb chocolate creations, crafted from original secret recipes are exclusively available to the corporate and promotional gift market. The company has grown rapidly from it's early days, but retains it's personal family service.
