Nextday-Champagne takes a little 'Arona Therapy'

Nextday-Champagne, which has a ten-year track record of sending gifts for corporate and retail clients, recently undertook a review of its range and decided to add professional gift-wrapping to give that 'WOW' factor. Arona Knan, (acknowledged by Harpers & Queen as the world's first gift-wrapping consultant) was commissioned to give on-site training.

Russell Brummitt of Nextday-Champagne said, "The results have been stunning. Our e-mails from happy customers have grown considerably more frequent. It's been a testing time introducing this just before Christmas and has resulted in hugely extended hours and seven day working weeks, but it's definitely been worth it."
