Premier acquire TransWorld Incentive Gifts

Premier Print & Promotions Ltd has purchased Almalad Ltd t/a TransWorld Incentive Gifts. The well respected business and experienced staff will continue trading as normal, however it has relocated to Premier’s site at Threshelfords Business Park in Kelvedon, Essex as from Monday, 14 December.

The move is part of Premier’s strategy and it is now actively seeking other opportunities to complement its portfolio of services. Jamie Marshall, MD, Premier Print & Promotions, said, “I’m absolutely delighted, all the team here have worked hard to make this happen.”

Premier Print & Promotions Ltd recently won the ‘Sourcing City Distributor of the Year Award’.
