I need to get a quote for 120 festival style lanyards to be produced. We are looking at including an itinerary to sit within the lanyard pouch that would roughly 8 pages of copy. Height of a 2ltr poly jug of link/juice and width (at least) of a 12 egg box. Pref green or black or dark blue. Trial of about 30-50 with eventual qty of 500-1000. But if successful we will supply other milkmen with them, so many 1000s really.

We are making our first foray into the world of merchandise and would like to get some sample products to consider. We have a rough idea of what we are after which is:

a) small collections boxes (the ones that are cardboard, about 3 inches across, an inch deep & high with a flap standing up at the back with more detail of the charity. These would be to be sent flat to our members, their families, sponsors, put in shops etc.)
b) pocket money items - pens, pencil packs, pads, rubbers, possibly USB sticks, particularly magnetic pens for the fidge - things that we can sell at events but also that people can buy as a Breakaway gift box type thing that we would put together. We want things that will be used daily as opposed to ornamental items.
c) small soft_toys in a hoody or jumper/t-shirt with the logo on it. We would definitely prefer good quality over quantity for these.

I have a budget of £2,000.00 for this first purchase then we will analyse the success of the different areas and review next year.

As an initial step we are looking to get sample products to consider at our next meeting with a view to making a reasonably quick decision on what to order and purchasing in advance of our early May event.
