CHOICE – Identify the exhibition that gives you access to decision making visitors.

RESEARCH – Consider other exhibitors and the impact they may have on your profile at the event.

BUDGET – Assign a realistic budget to include: space, stand, utilities, staff, catering, hospitality, transport, AV equipment, promotional materials and give-aways.

STAND – Consider bespoke or shell scheme.

STAFFING – Ensure team is well rehearsed and knowledgeable about your company's products and services.

VISITORS – engage visitors by creating a promotion to entice them to your stand.

STOCK – Make sure you have plenty of company collateral (business cards and product giveaways) to last throughout the exhibition.

COMMUNICATION – Maximise awareness of your stand through pre-show marketing to pre-registered visitors and through PR.

MEDIA – Produce a comprehensive press pack that will result in worthwhile editorial coverage.

LEADS – Make sure you follow up enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
